Missed the deadline? You can still register and vote in person at any Alameda County vote center — including on Election Day — using same-day (conditional) voter registration.

Vote by Mail

Every registered voter in California’s 14th District will automatically receive a vote-by-mail ballot, mailed starting the week of July 20, 2026 — no signup required.

Return your ballot by mail (no postage needed), at any official drop box, or at any vote center. Mailed ballots must be postmarked by Election Day, Tuesday, August 18, 2026. Track your ballot at Where’s My Ballot?

Vote Early or In Person

Alameda County vote centers open in the days before the election, where you can vote in person, get a replacement ballot, register same-day, or get help in multiple languages. On Election Day, Tuesday, August 18, 2026, vote centers are open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Find vote center and ballot drop box locations at acvote.alamedacountyca.gov, or call the Alameda County Registrar of Voters at (510) 272-6973.
